 Are the contractors in your network licensed and insured?
Yes. Every contractor we refer carries general liability insurance and valid trade licenses. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

 Do you charge clients for your service?
No. Our referral and matching service is 100% free for clients. You only pay the contractor you choose to work with.

 How do you vet your contractors?
We carefully screen contractors for experience, licensing, and client satisfaction before adding them to our network.

 What types of projects can you help with?
Our network covers kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishing, home additions, flooring, office and retail renovations, and more.

 Where do you provide services?
We serve clients across the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, and Niagara Region — including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, St. Catharines, and Niagara Falls.

 How long does it take to get an estimate?
Most clients are matched with a contractor within 24–48 hours. Contractors will then contact you directly to schedule an estimate.

 Are the estimates free?
Yes. All estimates are completely free and come with no obligation.

 Do contractors in your network offer warranties?
Yes. Most provide warranties on both labor and materials. Terms vary depending on the project.

 Can you help with both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We work with contractors who specialize in homes, offices, retail, and restaurant spaces.
